Delivery & Returns

UK Delivery

Your order will be carefully packed and despatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery to arrive in 1-3 days. You will be charged only for items as they are despatched. Orders placed on a Saturday will be despatched on the following Monday, subject to availability.

UK deliveries are made between 9.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday and cost £8.99 for addresses within the United Kingdom. Please make sure you provide the full delivery address details including postcode, particularly if your order is to be delivered somewhere other than your home address. Please provide a day-time telephone number where applicable. We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that are refused by the recipient, or where the carrier cannot deliver due to incorrect addressing.

 A signature upon delivery will be required.

Our Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order you may return any item(s) to us within 14-days of receipt for an exchange or goods refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@robertbunney.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 17-19 Main Street, Grassington, North Yorkshire, BD23 5AD.  We advise you to send the return to us by tracked delivery with the appropriate insurance cover.

If you are returning an item for a refund or exchange, you are responsible for the cost of the return. We are unable to refund any return postage charges, however, we will reimburse your return postal costs if the goods are faulty upon receipt or are being returned due to an error on our part.  Exchanges will be sent out free of charge to the UK mainland.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and have the opportunity to rectify any problems as soon as possible. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

If your item is not in the same condition that you received it, has been worn or used, has had the tags removed, or has had its original packaging removed,  we are unable to accept the return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to evidence that the item has been purchased at Robert Bunney and the date of purchase. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Where the order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of the delivery date, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@robertbunney.co.uk.
